The CONTAL OK production system provides a reliable way to monitor employee presence directly in the workplace.
Using identification cards, it continuously tracks the occupancy of individual positions, the utilization of working time, and compliance with safety regulations.
In addition to increasing production efficiency and quality, it is also a valuable tool for occupational safety monitoring and process management.
How does it work?
Each employee is assigned an identification card. Upon inserting the card into a reader, the system continuously records the worker's presence at the given position. When leaving (removing the card), the system immediately updates the information in the database.
In case of an internet or power outage, the system remains fully operational for up to 12 hours thanks to backup power.
The foundation of the system is a continuous card reader at each workstation. Data from the readers is collected by the CCU05PS50 control unit and stored in an SQL database.
The exported data includes:
- Employee name,
- Work position,
- Time of arrival and departure,
- Device status.
The data can be easily integrated with the company's production program, providing automated overviews and reports.
